Our group of companies has extensive experience in resolving security incidents. Inicdent management is firmly anchored in our DNA and helps enormously in holding the reins of action in a crisis situation. As soon as a damage report is received, it must be clear which processes and obligations are associated with it. We therefore play a central role in communication.

Claims are reported to us 24/7 and we immediately take over communication with the IR service provider and the insurance company. In this way, we can ensure that no formal errors lead to the full claim being made. We manage and check the reimbursement and closely monitor the incident management process in order to immediately recognise trigger points such as a data leak.

In our setup, we bring the technical expertise to better estimate the time implications and have an understanding of all influencing factors such as crisis communication or authority management. Because we know that a security incident is a race against time.
